This is the space of Aiesha Turman; I am a black feminist who works at the intersections of literature, history, art, and cultural production. I am specifically invested in looking at how the past work of Black women and girls holds clues and keys that can help to unlock a more just future. I am the founder of The Black Girl Project, Super Hussy Media, a media-maker, and space creator.

The name of this space is based on the Sheila E. song and the notion that love as an energy, a force, is also a paradox–bizarre.
